Please read these details prior to placing any order with Metta

This web site shall mean metta.org.uk.

You will always be emailed to confirm receipt of your order once it has been received.

All orders including credit card numbers are encrypted when you are placing an order on line. All orders are placed using 56 and 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site or remote server.

We will start to process your order upon receipt. Your order will normally be sent to you within 8 business days of receipt. However please allow 28 days. If you do not receive your order within 28 days we will contact you in advance and offer the option of cancelling or extending your order.

Once an order has been placed we will endeavour to process it quickly, if you cancel your order prior to processing, a full refund will be made. If however work has started or your order has been sent to you no refunds can be made.

All defective goods should be returned immediately with the original packaging and any additional packaging required to protect the contents in the condition in which they were received. Defective goods will be replaced or a refund will be made at the discretion of this web site. This web site shall not be responsible for the cost of postage and packing.
